The Kallan Apartments

This two- and three-story, garden-style development sits on a 10.7-acre site on the western edge of Reno, NV, just on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Ideally located only 5 miles from the California border, The Kallan aims to provide much needed housing for the California and Reno work forces, priced out of Truckee and North Lake Tahoe markets.

I developed the positioning along with the identity, brand language, signage, video, and digital marketing materials.
